What's the difference between Cash on Pick-up (COP) and Cash on Delivery? (COD)?

Cash on Pick-up and Cash on Delivery are both ways you can receive and pay for your order. Currently Straightforward is in partnership with LBC.

Cash on Pick-up (COP) - is when you will pick up and pay for the order at a specific LBC branch specified by the customer during check out.

Cash on Delivery - is when you will settle and receive the item at a specific home or office address provided by the customer during check out.

On the checkout page, you'll see this portion (boxed in Maroon)

If you prefer COP or Cash on Pick-up, make sure that:

1. On the "LBC BRANCH & ADDRESS" field - Include the specific LBC branch with its address (ex. LBC Farmers Plaza, Cubao, Quezon City)

2. On the  "ADDRESS" field - Do not fill this up if you prefer COP as your mode of payment.

If you prefer COD or Cash on Delivery, make sure that:

1. On the "LBC BRANCH" field - Do not fill this out.

2. On the  "ADDRESS" field - specify the exact home or office address.
