In case you have received an item with the following conditions, you can request for a return and exchange.
- Broken or missing stitches/embroidery
- Defective buttons and zippers
- Untrimmed threads/excess fabrics
- Dimensions out of tolerance (cutting issues, faulty patterns, and incorrect sizing)
- Puckering and uneven creases
- Open seams
- Faded logo/branding prints
- Cracks (for tumblers and accessories)

This is a white short bond paper included in the parcel. Please make sure to upload this when claiming for a return and exchange.
- Items delivered correctly but due to change of mind or size, the customer has to shoulder the return shipping (rates may depend on the customer’s location) and an additional 149 for reshipping from our warehouse to the customer’s preferred address.
On SALE, PROMO ITEMS are not eligible for replacement unless the item has the following conditions stated above.
- For items purchased at our physical stores, please return the item with the barcode and labels intact before 7 days. Our stores also have the right to accept and decline claims if it doesn't fit the said conditions stated above.
- Sample return exchange form found on your parcel (for online orders).
