How do I place an order?

You're on your way to owning your Straightforward item. Just follow these steps when placing an order.

1. Log into www.shopstraightforward.com

2. Once you're on the website, on the left-most portion, you'll see the "hamburger menu" ☰ and select the category that you want to browse. For those using the website, the menus can be seen immediately.

3. Choose the item that you're planning to purchase.

4. Once you're on the product page, choose the color or size that you prefer.

5. Tap "Add to cart". Then a drawer will appear on the right side showing the items on your cart. This is where you can modify, add, or remove items.

6. Once you have confirmed your orders, tap "Checkout"

7. On the 1st page, you have to enter your details. Make sure that your details are complete and accurate.

Note:

On these fields, be sure to check first before you input any information to avoid delays with your item delivery. 

a. LBC BRANCH & ADDRESS:  Input the LBC branch and address here if you plan Cash on pick up / COP as your method of payment.

b. ADDRESS:

• b.1. Home address / Office address - Input your home/office address if you plan Cash on Delivery or Next Business Day Delivery.
• b.2. LBC branch's complete address - Input your preferred LBC branch's address if you plan Cash on Delivery or Next Business Day Delivery.

8. When you're done with information input, you may click the box with "Save this information for next time" to save you time when you plan on re-ordering.

9. Tap "Continue to Shipping" 

10. Tap "Continue to Payment"

11. The Payment page is the last page, from here you'll choose from the different payment options for you.

Note:

a. For those who input the LBC branch and its complete address on the first page of the checkout page, you have to choose LBC Cash on Pick up.

b. For those who input their home or office address, you can choose LBC Cash on Delivery for COD, pay the item via G-Cash or credit card via PayMongo.

12. Don't forget to read the instructions before finalizing your orders.

13. For the Billing Address, just tap "Same as the shipping address".

14. Tap "Complete Order"

15. You'll receive an SMS or email notification that your order is confirmed.
