Items bought from our physical stores
  • Receipt
  • Item/s should be intact

Note: Item/s can be replaced within 7 days.
Items bought from the online store
  • Clear photos of damaged or incomplete orders.
  • Fill out the return and exchange form. Can be found with your parcel. Short bond paper size.
  • If the physical form is not with you, you can also fill out and upload the photos through this link https://straightforward.zendesk.com/hc/en-us/requests/new
